The Deep Nutrition one-to-one container is six months working with me at the deepest capacity I offer.

INVESTMENT: $555/month or $3330 paid in full.

Included: 

  • Full health history intake with a full Body Story overview 

  • 3 day food journal and body journal intake every few months

  • Two Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis tests taken 3-4 months a part 

  • Interpretations of any other labs you’ve already had done in the last year 

  • Two 1-hour sessions/month - initial session being 90 min. 

  • Access to the full Home Body container

  • Have me on retainer for the full 6 months, e-mail, text/ voice note (via what’s app only)

  • Subscription to FED newsletter meal plans for a year 

  • *Supplement recommendations and Additional Lab Testing not included

  • Option to book in for additional future HTMA tests and interpretation at a friends and family rate
